This was easily my favorite hotel I have ever stayed at. The valet service was absolutely wonderful and VERY efficient with prompt service. The front desk was very helpful and resourceful. The location was absolutely PERFECT around everything and extremely close to the beach. The best part of it all was the view from the room, I stayed 26 floors up and I fell in love with the wrap around floor to ceiling windows in the living room/kitchen. I slept in the living room more nights then the bedroom actually! Lovely vacation luxurious home!

Hello Hyde Beach! Thank you very much for the warm welcome! My wife and me had an awesome experience living in this hotel. The girls at the front desk tried their best to pick the room to my liking. Our one-bedroom suite was magnificent: large, spacious, clean, equipped with modern equipment/techniques! The balcony was large and the view from it was simply stunning! I didn’t want to leave it at all! Thank you very much to all the staff of this wonderful hotel. I hope we will be back again soon. Keep up a great work! Thank you! Great place to be, near the beach. Note however that during some time of the day, the access to the elevator can be quite long (easily 10 min before you get in). At the beach, get there early if you want a chair during a busy week like Christmas for us (like 9-10h am)

My stay at Hyde Beach Resort was far from pleasant. The rooms were in terrible condition, and the overall experience was marred by a dismissive and mean-spirited manager, Dennis Cruz. This establishment fell short of expectations, and I wouldn't recommend it to others based on my disappointing encounter. They consistently have 1 elevator not working for over 3 years now. Rooms are dirty and tired looking, pool area is terrible as they lack the proper amount of chairs and no organization from pool area attendants. As far as the beach goes they surprisingly never have any chairs although every other hotel on the beach has ample chairs for there guests. And the manager once again Dennis Cruz is a rude arrogant person who has no idea about customer service and should definitely not be representing the hotel!
